SANTA CRUZ COUNTY: Covid-19 Town Hall for Local Employers

Santa Cruz County issued the following announcement on Nov. 13.

With local COVID-19 cases on the rise, many employers are concerned about the health and safety of customers and staff. Local employers are invited to join Santa Cruz County Public Health officials for a free, virtual town hall to learn about current and future workplace issues related to managing the coronavirus pandemic, including:

 • What resources are available for local employers?

 • What resources are available for employees? 

• What is Santa Cruz County Public Health's role?

 • What is AB 685 and what does it mean for you? 

• What should you do if you have a workplace exposure?

 The town hall with be held Friday, Nov. 20, from 2 p.m.-3 p.m. The format will include a presentation and question and answer period, and is open to all local employers.
