On Friday, Feb. 21, former Aptos High School standout Reed Moring’s current college team, the UC Santa Barbara Gauchos, won 9-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Seattle Redhawks.

The game took place at Tony Gwynn Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Redhawks this season.

The Gauchos’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 6 p.m. at Tony Gwynn Stadium against San Diego State Aztecs.
