On Saturday, Feb. 15, former Aptos High School standout Jorden Espinoza’s current college team, the Texas Tech Red Raiders, lost 4-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the North Carolina Tar Heels.

The game took place at Cary C. Boshamer Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Tar Heels this season.

The Red Raiders’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 6 p.m. at Dan Law Field at Rip Griffin Park against UC Irvine Anteaters.
