On Saturday, March 8, former Santa Cruz City High standout Brady Chavez’s current college team, the Sacramento State Hornets, lost 6-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Pacific Tigers.

The game took place at Klein Family Field. This was their second matchup against the Tigers this season.

The Hornets’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 2 p.m. at John Smith Field against Pacific Tigers.
