On Sunday, March 16, former St. Francis Central Coast Catholic High School standouts Grace Jenkins and Hope Jenkins’ current college team, the UConn Huskies, lost 6-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Tennessee Lady Volunteers.
The game took place at Sherri Parker Lee Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Lady Volunteers this season.
The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 3 p.m. at Burrill Family Field at the CT Softball Complex against Seton Hall Pirates.
