On Sunday, April 13, former St. Francis Central Coast Catholic High School standouts Grace Jenkins and Hope Jenkins’ current college team, the UConn Huskies, won 16-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Providence Friars.

The game took place at Glay Field. This was their third matchup against the Friars this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 16 at 6 p.m. at Burrill Family Field at the CT Softball Complex against Fairfield Stags.
