Of the 6,076 people living in Pleasure Point CDP in 2019, 49.1 percent (2,984) were women and 50.9 percent (3,092) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Santa Cruz Standard.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 2,105-to-1,942. In the 65 and over age range, there were 563 females and 496 males.
