On Tuesday, April 15, former San Lorenzo Valley High School standout Alyssa Struthers’ current college team, the Concordia Irvine Golden Eagles, won 6-5 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Cal State San Marcos Cougars.

The game took place at CSUSM Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Cougars this season.

The Golden Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 18 at 3 p.m. at Golden Eagles Field against Biola Eagles.
